Three Dimensional Design of Car Door Based on Finite Element Analysis

利用CATIA软件对车门结构进行三维设计,并对其进行有限元分析,分析车门在挤压和扭转两个不同工况下的受力变形情况,得到不同工况下的刚度、强度分析结果,为车门的改进设计提供了参考.

CATIA software was used to design the car door structure and finite element analysis was car -ried out .Deformation of the door under squeezing and twisting in two different conditions were analyzed .The a-nalysis results of stiffness and strength under different conditions were obtained which can be provided as refer -ences for further design .
