摘要
通过对双滚筒花生脱壳机整机结构与工作原理及关键部件进行详细分析研究,提出立式锥滚筒花生脱壳机的总体设计方案,对二者进行对比研究,为提高花生脱壳生产效率、降低花生米破损率、扩大花生脱壳机的适应范围提供新思路及新途径。
Detailed analysis was made on the structure and the work principle of double drum peanut shelling machine and the key components. The author puts forward the general design scheme of vertical cone drum peanut sheller, and comparison research was made on the two devices, in order to throw a new light on improving peanut shelling efficiency, reducing the peanut damage rate, and expanding the peanut sheller applications.
