Reasons and Countermeasures of Slow Development of County Economy in Liaoning Province

在客观评价辽宁省县域经济发展现状的基础上,分析导致全省县域经济发展缓慢的主要原因,从资源配置、居民素质、特色产业、政府责权等方面,提出有针对性的发展措施,为加快辽宁省县域经济发展提供有益的借鉴。

On the basis of objective evaluation of the current development of county economies in Liaoning province, this paper analyzes the main reasons for the slow development of the province＆#39;s county economy, and puts forward development measures from the perspectives of resource allocation, quality of residents, industry characteristics, and the government responsibilities in an effort to provide a useful reference for accelerating the development of county economy in Liaoning province.
