五倍子贴敷神阙穴治疗系统性红斑狼疮盗汗症状疗效观察

Therapeutic Observation of Wu Bei Zi Application at Shenque(CV 8) for Night Sweating Due to Systemic Lupus Erythematosus

目的观察五倍子粉贴敷神阙穴治疗系统性红斑狼疮应用激素治疗后出现盗汗症状的临床疗效。方法将40例系统性红斑狼疮应用激素治疗的患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组20例。对照组采用常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上辅以五倍子粉贴敷神阙穴。3 d为1个疗程,1个疗程后比较两组患者盗汗缓解的情况。结果治疗组总有效率为90.0%,对照组为40.0%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论五倍子粉贴敷神阙穴治疗系统性红斑狼疮应用激素治疗后出现的盗汗的临床疗效显著,且方便安全,患者容易接受。

Objective To observe the clinical effectiveness of Wu Bei Zi （Galla Chinensis） application at Shenque （CV 8） in treating night sweating following hormone treatment in systemic lupus erythematosus （SLE）. Method Forty SLE patients undergone a hormone treatment were randomized into a treatment group and a control group, 20 in each group. The control group was intervened by conventional treatment, while the treatment group was given Wu Bei Zi （Galla Chinensis） application at Shenque （CV 8） in addition to the conventional Treatment. Three-day treatments were considered as a course, and the improvement of night sweating was evaluated after a treatment course. Result The total effective rate was 90.0% in the treatment group versus 40.0% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Wu Bei Zi （Galla Chinensis） application at Shenque （CV 8） can produce a significant clinical efficacy in treating night sweating following hormone treatment in SLE, and it＇s safe, convenient, and easily accepted by patients.
