针灸配合穴位按摩治疗老年肛肠术后尿潴留的临床观察

Clinical Observations on Acupuncture-moxibustion plus Acupoint Pressure for Urinary Retention after Anorectal Surgery in the Elderly Patients

目的观察针灸配合穴位按摩在老年肛肠术后尿潴留患者的临床应用效果。方法将68例老年肛肠术后发生尿潴留的患者按照护理方法的不同分为治疗组和对照组,每组34例。对照组采用常规护理,治疗组在对照组护理基础上采用针灸配合穴位按摩治疗,比较两组患者的护理效果。结果治疗组总有效率为91.2%,对照组为70.6%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组患者治疗后自行排尿时间及剩余尿量与对照组比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组患者术后进食时间、排便时间、下床活动时间、住院时间与对照组比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针灸配合穴位按摩能够促进肛肠术后尿潴留患者排尿,加快患者术后恢复。

Objective To observe the effect of acupuncture-moxibustion plus acupoint pressure in treating urinary retention atter anorectal surgery in the elderly patients. Method Sixty-eight elderly patients with urinary retention after anorectal surgery were divided into a treatment group and a control group according to the nursing treatments they received, 34 in each group. The control group was intervened by conventional nursing care, while the treatment group was by acupuncture-moxibustion plus acupoint massage in addition to the nursing care. The therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups. Result The total effective rate was 91.2% in the treatment group versus 70.6% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. After treatment, there were significant differences in comparing the voluntary micturition time and residual urine volume between the treatment group and the control group （P〈0.05）. The treatment group was markedly different from the control group in comparing the feeding time, defecation time, out-of-bed activity time, and duration of hospital stay （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Acupuncture- moxibustion plus acupoint pressure can promote the urination of urinary detention patients undergone anorectal surgery, and can shorten the recovery time.
