拔罐配合药物治疗慢性荨麻疹疗效观察

Therapeutic Observation of Cupping plus Medication for Chronic Urticaria

目的观察拔罐配合药物治疗慢性荨麻疹的临床疗效。方法将112例慢性荨麻疹患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组56例。治疗组采用拔罐配合药物治疗,对照组采用单纯药物治疗。观察两组治疗前后瘙痒程度评分、风团大小评分及风团面积评分,并比较两组临床疗效及复发率。结果两组治疗2星期和4星期后瘙痒程度评分、风团大小评分及风团面积评分与同组治疗前比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗2星期后痊愈率和总有效率分别为50.0%和80.3%,对照组分别为33.9%和67.8%,两组痊愈率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗4星期后痊愈率和总有效率分别为69.6%和96.4%,对照组分别为51.8%和80.4%,两组痊愈率和总有效率比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组有效患者均在治疗结束后8星期进行随访,治疗组54例有效患者复发9例,占16.7%;对照组45例有效患者复发19例,占42.2%。两组复发率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论拔罐配合药物是一种治疗慢性荨麻疹的有效方法。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of cupping plus medication in treating chronic urticaria. Method Totally 112 patients with chronic urticaria were randomized into a treatment group and a control group, 56 in each group. The treatment group was intervened by cupping plus medication, while the control group was by medication alone. Itch intensity, size and area of hives were scored before and after treatment. The clinical efficacies and relapse rates were compared between the two groups. Result Respectively after 2-week and 4-week treatments, the scores of itch intensity, size and area of hives were significantly changed in both groups （P〈0.05）. After 2-week treatments, the recovery rate and total effective rate were respectively 50.0% and 80.3% in the treatment group versus 33.9% and 67.8% in the control group, and the inter-group difference in the recovery rate was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. After 4-week treatments, the recovery rate and total effective rate were respectively 69.6% and 96.4% in the treatment group, versus 51.8% and 80.4% in the control group, and the inter-group differences in both recovery rate and total effective rate were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. An 8-week follow-up study was conducted in the effective cases. In the treatment group, 9 of the 54 effective cases experienced relapse, occupying 16.7%; while 19 of the 45 effective cases in the control group had relapse, occupying 42.2%. The difference in comparing the relapse rate between the two groups was statistically significant （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion Cupping plus medication is an effective approach in treating chronic urticaria.
