Analysis of Literature on Acupuncture Published in SCI Journals 2012

目的通过2012年针刺SCI源期刊相关文献,了解针刺研究的国内外最新动态。方法以"acupuncture"为主题词检索Web of Science数据库,时间范围为2012年1月1日至2012年12月31日,排除无关研究后纳入548篇文献,提取其国别、论文类型、期刊、影响因子、研究方向、涉及病种、科研设计等信息,并进行统计分析。结果 2012年针刺相关文献主要刊发于补充与替代医学类期刊;文献主要来源于中、美、韩、英、德等国;针刺治疗病种以中风后遗症等神经系统疾病及痛症为主;穴位多选择足三里、阳陵泉、内关等常用穴,针刺方式以毫针与电针为主。结论 2012年针刺研究数量及质量均有提升,科研设计更科学严谨,基础研究方面注重新技术应用,临床研究方面随机对照试验比例及报告的规范性均有提高。但针刺疗法标准化程度低,其科研设计异质性大的情况仍突出,因此对针刺疗法进行标准化、规范化,探索适合针刺的研究方法,是当前针刺研究中迫切需要解决的问题。

Objective To understand the newest developments of acupuncture research at home and abroad by analyzing literature on acupuncture published in SCI journals 2012. Methods The database Web of Science was searched using acupuncture as a subject heading. The time range was from January 1st 2012 to December 31st 2012. Five hundred and forty-eight pieces of literature were included after exclusion of irrelevant studies. The nations, types of papers, journals, impact factors, research directions, kinds of diseases and research designs involved in them were obtained and statistically analyzed. Results In 2012, literature on acupuncture was mainly published in journals of complementary and alternative medicine type. The literature came mainly from China, United States, South Korea, United Kingdom and Germany. The main diseases treated with acupuncture were nervous system diseases such as stroke sequelae, and pain. Frequently used points Zusanli, Yanglingquan And Neiguan were often selected. Acupuncture with filiform needles and electroacupuncture were the main modes of acupuncture. Conclusions In 2012, both the number and quality of acupuncture researches were increased and research designs were more scientific and precise. The basic studies focused the application of new techniques. Both the proportion of clinical randomized controlled trials and the standardization of the reports were raised. But the standardization of acupuncture therapy was low. Large heterogeneity of research designs was still prominent. Therefore, the standardization of acupuncture therapy and exploration of methods suitable for acupuncture researches are currently problems that need to be urgently solved in acupuncture study.
