针对研究所数据采集评审系统中数据采集不全面、评审效率低、信息透明度低等问题,根据实际需求,基于MVC(Model模型-View视图-Controller控制器)模式,在Linux环境下,用MySQL作为后台数据库,用JAVA开发,设计并实现了一个数据采集评审系统,将用户、申报信息、权限管理有机结合起来,形成高效率的信息评审管理平台,实现申报信息的增删改查、历史信息管理、申报信息公示等功能。系统已面向一千多个用户投入使用,用户反应良好,大大提高了评审工作的效率。

Existing institute evaluation system for has many problems , such as data collection is not comprehen-sive , low evaluation efficiency , low transparency of information .According to the actual demand , an evaluation system is designed and implemented based on the MVC model , using MySQL as the database , using JAVA as the programming technology , combining the user inputs , information recordings , role-based authorization to form a highly efficient evaluation platform to realize the functions of additions , changes , deletions , query of re-porting information , management of the history information , publication of the reporting information .The system has been in use for more than one thousand users , and greatly improved the efficiency of evaluation .
