舒适护理在剖宫产护理中的应用体会

目的对舒适护理在剖宫产护理中的应用进行分析。方法选择行剖宫产术的产妇134例,随机分为2组,对照组67例在围术期行常规护理,实验组67例在围术期行舒适护理,并对2组产妇的临床护理效果和满意度作回顾性分析。结果实验组产妇心理状况、产妇术后乳汁分泌、疼痛不适、产妇满意度等指标均明显优于对照组,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在剖宫产手术围手术期应用舒适护理措施,可有效降低产妇心理压力,促进术后恢复,提高产妇舒适满意度,值得临床推广使用。

Objective The application of comfortable nursing in cesarean section were analyzed. Methods The data in April 2012-June 2013 in our hospital cesarean section of 134 cases of maternal, randomly divided into two groups, control group, 67 cases in the perioperative routine nursing, the experimental group, 67 cases of comfortable nursing in the perioperative line, and the two groups of maternal retrospectively analyze clinical care effect and satisfaction. Results The experimental group after maternal psychological status, ChanFuShu milk secretion, pain, discomfort, such as maternal satisfaction index were significantly better than the control group, compare the differences between groups with statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion In caesarean section palace art perioperative application of comfort nursing measures, which can effectively reduce maternal psychological pressure, promote postoperative recovery, improving maternal comfortable satisfaction, worth clinical promotion use.
