第一胎顺产不侧切无保护会阴接生的心得体会

目的探讨分析第一胎顺产不侧切无保护会阴接生的临床效果，并细细研磨其心得体会。方法选取深圳市龙华新区人民医院2012年7月～2013年7月的接收住院治疗的正常产妇（生第一胎）200例，将这些产妇随机的分为2组，观察组与对照组。观察组的产妇在宫口开全胎头着冠之后，根据指导，让产妇屏气哈气，助产士用左手帮助胎头俯屈及仰伸，不侧切无保护会阴的状态下进行分娩；对照组的产妇采用的方法则是传统的托肛保护会阴接生法。在接生之后比较2组的新生儿窒息、伤口的疼痛程度、产妇产后出血、产后的舒适度、产妇软产道裂伤风险。总结相应的心得体会。结果2组在接生之后，新生儿窒息、产妇软产道裂伤风险上没有统计学的差异；在伤口的疼痛程度、产妇产后出血，产后的舒适度上观察组的情况要明显的好于对照组的。结论第一胎顺产不侧切无保护会阴接生的方法对于产妇来说是一种实用、简单、有效的好方法,并且产妇住院时间短，提高了床位的周转率，其不会对产妇与新生儿产生不良的影响，是值得推广的方法。
