《医学生物化学与分子生物学实验技术》课程的教学改革与教学体会

生物化学与分子生物学的理论与方法已经渗透到临床医学等各个研究领域,如今成为医学生必修的基础课程之一。但在国内绝大多数医学院校中,生物化学与分子生物学实验课仍依附于理论课,仅开设部分经典验证性实验和综合实验。包头医学院在2011级新生的学分制改革中,将生物化学传统的实验课教学从理论课中独立出来,建立独立的实验课程教学体系,进行独立授课和考核,并编写了配套教材,更好地培养了学生的科研精神和创新意识。

Theories and methods of biochemistry and molecular biology research have penetrated into all areas of clinical medicine. Now, it has become one of the compulsory basic courses for medical students. But in the vast majority of institutions, biochemistry and molecular biology Lab is still attached to the theory courses, only offer a part of the classic experiments and comprehensive experiments. During the credit reform in Baotou Medical College in 2011, we separated the traditional experimental teaching of biochemistry from theory courses, and created a separate experiment teaching system for independent instruction and assessment. We also wrote the supporting teaching materials. It is better to train the spirit of scientific research and innovation of students.
