摘要
本文结合矿山基建期人力资源管理实际,从管理体系、人才培养、绩效考核、风险管控四个方面对这一阶段的人员管控工作进行了阐述。
This paper, combining with the human resource management practice in infrastructure period of mine, described the personnel management and control work from four aspects of the management system, personnel training, performance assessment, risk management and control.
