摘要
"宽带薪酬"是一种新型的薪酬管理模式,正在逐渐被企业所接受。文章首先对宽带薪酬的概念及特征进行了分析。根据对石油企业现行薪酬制度的分析提出石油企业制定宽带薪酬制度的基本原则,同时提出了石油企业设计宽带薪酬的基本步骤,并指出企业在运用宽带薪酬时应注意的一些问题。
“Broadband Salary” is a new salary management model, and is gradually being accepted by enterprises. Firstly, the concept and features of the broadband pay are analyzed. According to the analysis of current compensation system in petroleum companies, this paper raised the basic principles of developing broadband pay system in petroleum companies, while raised the basic steps, and pointed out some of the problems should pay attention to.
