针对当前研究生奖助学金制度建设的实际,结合宁夏医科大学研究生奖助学金制度改革实践,以激励优秀为出发点,以提高培养质量为目标,提出研究生奖助学金改革中存在的问题和拟解决的思路,为做好研究生教育管理工作提供参考。

This paper focuses on the problems existing in postgraduates＆#39; scholarships and grants system construction, combining the perfecting process of postgraduates＆#39; scholarships and grants system construction in Ningxia Medical University, making guaranteeing the basic living needs of postgraduates as the basis, making awarding to promote their learning as the foundation, as well as making improving the cultivating quality as the target, so as to establish a relatively complete system of postgraduates＆#39; scholarships and grants, and cultivate high quality and high level professional talents.
