Evaluation of Student Translator's Translation Ability

翻译评估是译员培训的一个重要环节。综述国外目前翻译能力评估的现状,介绍其中的四种评估方法,分析其优缺点,并结合目前的国内翻译教学实践给出翻译能力量化评估的方法和具体措施。

Translation evaluation （TE） is one of the most important processes during translator training. Introduction is made on the four measuring systems abroad of the translation competence in trainee translators with the focus on their advantages and disadvantages. A quantitative evaluation system is suggested based on the translation teaching practice at home.
