多途径水费催缴服务平台设计探讨

Probe into the service platform design for the multiple ways of water fee payment

水费催缴是供水部门管理工作的重要内容,但尚存在一定技术困难。提出一种支持电话语音、手机短信、传真、邮件、QQ等多途径水费催缴平台的实现架构,利用Asterisk、ETL等多种开源软件实现了一种低成本的催缴费方案,并重点分析电话语音、多媒体格式短信、电子传真3种实现技术。

Water fee payment is an important part of the water supply department daily manage- ment work. There are still some technical problems in this field. This paper brought forward a technique framework to support multi-way water fee payment platform, including telephone voice, mobile phone short message, fax, mail, QQ and many other ways. This platform used the several open source softwares, including Asterisk, ETL and other implements, to realize the low cost for reminding payment scheme. Three implementation technologies were analyzed with emphasis, which included the telephone, mobile phone short message, and fax.
