北京生态清洁小流域施工质量评定

Evaluation on construction quality of ecologic and clean-type small watershed in Beijing

北京市生态清洁小流域建设工作有序推进,但质量评定和验收工作却无章可循。为了规范生态清洁小流域建设,严格质量评定和验收,提高建设管理水平,亟需制定合理的小流域质量评定标准与规范。通过分析生态清洁小流域各项措施,查阅相关标准规范与技术标准,把生态清洁小流域工程与传统水土保持工程、水利工程、国土整治项目、园林绿化工程、市政工程建设内容进行对比,借鉴其他已有工程的质量评定指标、要求,结合生态清洁小流域建设的特殊性,提出了工程项目的划分原则、分类质量评定标准。

Along with the initiation of ecologic and clean-type small watershed in Beijing, there is an urgent need of providing guidelines for quality evaluation and check and acceptance of the project, so as to enhance construction and management standard and quality. Comparisons are made between ecologic and clean-type small watershed with other conventional approaches in the names of soil conservation, water resources, land reclamation, landscaping and forestation as well as urban construction. The principles of categorizing project items and standards for quality evaluation are proposed by referencing evaluation indices of other existed projects and special features of ecologic and clean-type small watershed.
