摘要
以平朔东露天矿滑坡治理方案的优选为应用实例,考虑技术指标、经济指标和安全指标,利用模糊层次分析法建立了滑坡灾害处治方案优化综合评判体系,给出了权重及判断矩阵一致性检验方法。运用模糊数学方法对各种方案指标进行了定性和定量评价,并最终由模糊矩阵选出了滑坡灾害治理的最优方案。结果表明该方法可操作性强,可以为施工决策者提供一种简单科学的评判方法。
Preferably taking a landslide treatment scheme of Pingshuo East open-fit mine as an example, considering the technical index,economic index and safety index,this paper used fuzzy analytic hierarchy process to establish the optimization comprehensive evaluation system of landslide disaster treatment scheme,it also gave the matrix consistency test method for weight and judgment. To the various scheme indexes, it used the fuzzy mathematics method for the qualitative and quantitative evaluation. Finally it selected the optimal scheme of landslide disaster treatment by the fuzzy matrix.
