摘要
在分析了城市老年人群体购买能力及房地产市场提供有利环境的基础上 ,指出老年人居住模式的变迁将直接影响城市老年人的住房选择 ,由此预示城市老年人房地产市场的发展将成为房地产业值得关注的一个重要领域。
On the basis of analyzing the urban purchasing power of the aged people and beneficial conditions provided by the real estate market, the article argues that the change of the elders' residential patterns will directly influence the urban elders' house choice. Thus the predictions on the development of the urban real estate market of the aged people will be a significant part of the realty business.
