发控盒电源组件自动测试系统的设计与实现

摘要 针对传统发控盒电源组件测试方法操作繁琐、效率低等问题,设计了一种基于VISA、SCPI与串行通信技术的发控盒电源组件自动测试系统。测试系统以工控机为核心,通过对多个测试仪器的远程控制,实现了发控盒电源组件的测试自动化,高效化,可快速检测被测电源组件性能。实际应用表明,该系统操作简单,测试快捷、准确。 To solve the trivial-operated and low-efficient problem of the traditional launch control box power supply component test method proposes a kind of scheme design which is launch control box power supply component automatic test system based on VISA,SCPI and the serial communication technology.Industrial computer,the core of the system,would implement remote control of the test multi-instrument.The test system could achieve automatic testing and fault diagnosis quickly.The practice shows that the launch control box power supply component automatic test system operates simply and accurately.
