摘要
目的:制备共同载有中药组分葫芦素B与姜黄素的复合脂质体,并对其制剂学性质进行评价。方法:采用薄膜分散-超声法制备葫芦素B-姜黄素复合脂质体;建立HPLC法同时测定样品中葫芦素B与姜黄素的含量,计算包封率、载药量、泄漏率,采用纳米粒度仪测定脂质体粒径。结果:葫芦素B-姜黄素复合脂质体的药物比为2∶1,药脂比为15∶200,包封率分别为75.26%,82.37%,载药量分别为28.94,16.47 mg·g-1,粒径约为157.3 nm,7 d泄漏率较低。结论:该方法适合葫芦素B-姜黄素复合脂质体的制备,所建立同时测定两种组分的方法简便、准确,适合对该复合脂质体的性质进行评价。
ORJECTIVE To prepare compound liposome loading cucurbitacin B & curcumin, and evaluate its pharmaceutical properties. METHODS Film dispersion-ultrasonic was used to entrap cucurbitacin B and curcumin for preparing compound li- posome. HPLC method was established for simultaneously determining cucurbitacin B and curcumin. The entrapped efficiency (EE), loading capacity(LC) and leakage(LK) were calculated and the size was determined. RESULTS The ratio of the drugs was 2:1 and drug-phospholipid was 15:200 in the compound liposome of cueurbitacin B & curcumin. The EE was 75.26%, 82. 37% and LC was 28.94,16. 47 mg·g-1 respectively with lower leakage. The size of compound liposome was about 157. 3 nm. CONCLUSION The method is fit to prepare the compound liposome of cucurbitacin B & curcumin. The analysis method is simple and exact which can be used to evaluate the property of the compound liposome.
