近年来,伴随生活水平的提高和食品安全意识的增强,人们对食品的质量安全和保鲜程度越来越重视,更多的国人开始关注食品物流的运作。物流配送对于连锁餐饮企业对提升市场竞争力,推动经济发展和满足社会需求具有重要意义。餐饮企业应理智选择物流配送模式,树立以客户为中心的服务理念,配备专业化的物流配送设施和设备,建立以配送中心为主导的信息平台,提高信息流与物流、资金流的整合程度,重新审视与供应商的关系,培养复合型人才,依靠自身优势,充分利用自己的配送系统,在努力降低成本的同时,提高产品质量,从而提升顾客满意度。
In recent years, with increasing living standard and food safety awareness, Chinese people are more concerned about food safety and freshness. As a result, the food logistics industry attracts more attention. Logistics plays an important role in improving market compet-itiveness of chain catering enterprises, fueling economic development and meeting social requirement. Catering enterprises shall select an efficient logistics pattern, shape a client-centered marketing philosophy, and equip themselves with specialized logistics facilities. They shall build information platforms leading from distribution centers;improve the integration of information flow, logistics and capital flow;reconsider the relationship with suppliers;and build a strong pool of interdisciplinary talents. In so doing, catering enterprises could pro-mote customer satisfaction with lower cost and high product quality.
