摘要
针对传统的层次分析法中专家评判构造判断矩阵主观性缺陷,提出了一种考虑评判模糊性的桥梁结构状态综合评价方法。在明确模糊评价的基本理论的基础上,给出了以三角模糊数代替传统的评判标度的因素权重计算方法,结合桥梁状态评价需求提出了模糊数层次分析法综合评价桥梁状态流程及实施步骤。以所提出的方法对一钢筋混凝土桥梁结构进行了以状态感知结果为依据的状态评价,结果表明,所提方法不仅能够更好的反映桥梁评价中的模糊性和不确定性、权重可很好地表达专家评判的意见,而且可较为全面地考虑影响桥梁结构状态的主要因素,反映桥梁的综合状况。
In view of the subjectivity defects of judgment matrix expert judgment for the traditional analytic hi-erarchy process ( AHP) , a new comprehensive evaluation method of the state for bridge structures considering the fuzziness judge is presented in the paper.On the basis of the basic fuzzy theory , triangular fuzzy numbers are given to the judge instead of the traditional scaling factor weight calculation method , the processes and im-plementation steps of comprehensive fuzzy AHP for bridge state evaluation method were built .Using the pro-posed method to evaluate a reinforced concrete bridge structure state based on the results of sensing data , the re-sult showed that the proposed method not only can reflect the uncertainty and fuzziness for bridge sate evalua -tion, but also can fully consider the major influence factors and reflect the comprehensive status of bridges .
