关于建立铁路货车信息系统综合应用平台的分析与探讨

Analysis and Discussion on the Establishment of Integrated Application Platform of Railway Wagons Information System

随着计算机、网络技术的不断发展,HMIS、TADS、TPDS、THDS、TFDS、ATIS、CTC等各类信息系统已成为保障铁路车辆安全运行不可或缺的重要手段,但各类信息系统各自为政,信息系统间关联甚少,关键信息未达到真正意义上的信息共享,且没有一个综合应用平台,可以实时监测货车车辆运行品质并全面查看车辆运行状态,从而给铁路车辆安全运行带来隐患。针对以上问题,建立铁路货车信息系统综合应用平台,实时对运行中的货车车辆进行监控,对货车车辆运行状态进行预警,掌握站内各条线路上车辆信息,为车辆调度指挥、车辆检修提供依据,确保货车车辆运行安全。

With the development of computer and network technology , HMIS、TADS、TPDS、THDS 、TFDS、ATIS、CTC and other types of information systems have become an important means to ensure the indispensably safe operation of rail vehicles , but all kinds of information systems run separately , there is little correlation among systems.Critical information does not be shared in a real sense , and there isn’t acomprehensive appli-cation platform that can monitor trucks in real time and check on the vehicle running comprehensively ,which brings hidden danger for the safe operation for the railway vehicle.To solve the above problems , integrated ap-plication platform of railway wagons information system should be established which can monitor the running trucks in real time , early warn the vehicle running and keep abreast of vehicle information on each line of the station, which provides the basis for vehicle dispatching , vehicle maintenance , ensure the safe operation of trucks.
