粉剂药快速稀释加药装置的研制及应用

Invention and application of medicating instrument with rapid diluting powder drugs,

目的 :研制及总结粉剂药快速稀释加药装置的临床应用效果。方法 :设计并制作了粉剂药快速稀释加药装置 ,将 2 0例应用氨苄青霉素治疗感染性疾病的患者随机分为 2组 ,10例用加药装置配药 ,共配药 5 0例次 ,另 10例用2 0ml玻璃注射器配药 ,共 5 0例次 ,2组每例次均配 10支氨苄青霉素。结果 :配药时间加药装置比注射器节省 5 5 % (P <0 0 1) ,残留液加药装置为 1 2±0 3μl,注射器为 30 7 0± 6 2 1μl ( P <0 0 1)。加药装置的无菌检查和内毒素检查结果符合规定 ,对 15～ 2 5 μm不溶性粒子的滤除率 >80 % ,符合标准。结论 :加药装置配药操作简便 ,省时、省力 ,效率高 ,可避免细菌、微粒污染及减少药物丢失 ,尤适用于大批量配药 。

Objective:To research about application result of medicating instrument with rapid diluting powder drugs Method:20 infections cases who rece^ived ampiricillin treatment have been dicided into two groups randomly,experimentalgroup use this instrument,medicated for 50 cases times;Other 10 cases medicated by injector,also 50 cases times Result:In experimental group,Time duration is 55%,less than injector group(P<0 01);residual liquid is 1 2±0 3μl in experimental group,307 0±62 1μl in control group(P<0 01);sterile examination and endotoxin test meet the standard;clearance rate of insoluable partides is more than 80% Conclusion:This instrument is easy,convenient to use,highly efficient,can prevent recontamination,is of high clinical value
