摘要
从发展现状、发展前途、发展手段和发展基础看,我国文化产业具备战略性新兴产业的特点。把文化产业纳入国家战略性新兴产业发展规划,培养文化产业人才,打造文化特色品牌,注重文化产业国际合作与贸易调控是发展我国文化产业的战略性措施。
From the point of view of development status, prospects, tools and foundation of cultural industry, cultural industry in our country has the characteristics of strategic emerging industry. Based on this understanding, put the cultural industry into the development planning of national strategic emerging industry, train the culture industry talents, build cultural characteristics brand, pay attention to international cooperation and trade control of cultural industry are the strategic measures for the development of China's cultural industry.
