Problems and Suggestions of Subsidizing Work for Needy Students at Colleges

当前,高校贫困生资助工作存在助困与育人相脱节、规范和约束机制缺失、忽视贫困生的主体性发展等问题。要重新审视"贫困性",设计多元化的资助内容;确立梯级化的资助目标,探索"开发式"资助模式;加强贫困生资助管理,推进教育和社会公平;坚持发展性资助理念,实现育人目标。

Currently, there are some problems in the subsidizing work for needy college students, for example aiding is out of touch with educating, regulating and constraining mechanisms lacks, the subjectivity development of needy students is ignored. Therefore, it＇s needed to review the ＂poverty＂, design diversified finance content, set the cascade funding target, explore the exploitation model of funding mode, strengthen the management of aiding for needy college students, promote the justice of education and society, adhere to the developmental supporting ideas and achieve cultivating objective.
