新形势下高职院校安全保卫工作探析

Exploration and Analysis of Security in Higher Vocational Colleges under the New Situation

当前高职院校普遍存在技防建设严重滞后、安全保卫工作执法难度较大、安全保卫队伍综合素质不高、领导对安全保卫工作不够重视四个方面的安全问题。高职院校应从构建严密的监控体系、完善安全保卫工作体制、提升安全保卫队伍专业素质、提高领导对安全保卫工作的重视程度四个方面入手,切实提高安全保卫工作的成效。

Currently, There are generally four aspects of safety concerns on higher vocational colleges security work： a serious laggard in technical prevention construction, outstanding difficulties with enforcement, the low comprehensive quality of security team and insufficient emphasis on security work. Higher vocational colleges should build strict monitor system, perfect the security work system, enhance the professional qualities and improve leaders＇ attention to security work, in order to practically improve the effectiveness of security work.
