职业岗位能力视域下高职学生素质教育研究——以经贸专业为例

Quality Education of Higher Vocational Students from the Perspective of Professional Post Ability:A Case Study of Economy and Trade Major

在高职院校经贸专业职业岗位群体系构建中,基于职业岗位能力的素质培养更值得重视,但在具体实施中仍存在一些问题,如重讲授轻思辨、重技术轻艺术、重数量轻内涵等。应该从学校、课程、学生、教师四个方面采取相应措施来加强高职院校经贸专业学生素质教育,以切实提高教育质量。

In the construction of professional post group system of economy and trade majors in high vocational colleges, quality training based on professional post ability deserves more attention. But there are still some problems in the concrete implementation, such as teaching over reflection, technology over art, quantity over connotation. It＇s needed to take corresponding measures to enhance the quality education of the economics and trade talents from the perspective of college, curriculum, teachers, students respectively to effectively improve the quality of education.
