高校学生学习型党组织建设的问题及对策

Problems and Countermeasures of Constructing College Students' Learning-Oriented CPC Party Organizations

高校学生基层党组织是党在青年学生中发挥创造力、凝聚力和战斗力的基础,建设高校学生学习型党组织势在必行。当前高校学生学习型党组织建设存在重视不够、学生党员思想基础不牢固、学生党组织开展的组织生活实效性不强等问题。应通过健全学生学习型党组织的管理监督体系、创新学生党组织的学习形式、提高学生党组织的社会辐射功能等途径加强高校学生学习型党组织建设。

College Students＇ CPC Party organizations on a basic level are a foundation, on which the Party＇s creativity, cohe- sion and combating capacity can be materialized, and therefore, it is imperative to construct college students＇ learning-oriented CPC Party organizations on campus. However, such construction on campus is facing some problems. For instance, less im portance is attached to the construction, student Party members are not firm in the belief, and the organizational activities are not effective. Thus, a basic method is proposed： building a better managerial supervision system, innovating learning forms and enhancing the radiative effect of college students＇ CPC Party organizations.
