Exploration of a Model for Teaching English Translation in the Digital Age

英语翻译教学无论是对于英语专业还是非英语专业英语的教学而言都至关重要。数字化时代的英语翻译教学中仍然存在教材与时代脱节、教学方法陈旧、测试方式较为单一等问题,必须做出相应的改革。应该通过重新定位翻译教学、数字化时代的翻译教师能力的提高、构建数字化翻译教学的平台等方法建立数字化时代英语翻译教学的新模式。

Teaching of English translation is of great significance to English major and non-English major education. In the digital age, however, there are some problems with this teaching. For example, course books of this kind cannot keep pace with the times, some teaching methods are outdated, and testing approaches lack varieties. Reforms in this connection are therefore necessary. A new model for teaching English translation in the digital age requires that this teaching should be reconsidered and redesigned, teachers of English translation should be improved in terms of their teaching abilities, and digital translation teaching platforms should be built.
