92例发作性睡病患者的临床特征分析

Clinical Feature Analysis of 92 Patients with Narcolepsy

目的通过对发作性睡病92例患者的临床表现特征进行分析,比较来我院就诊的发作性睡病患者的临床特征与文献报道是否一致,为临床治疗提供依据。方法统计我院睡眠医学门诊自2012年1月至2013年8月就诊的发作性睡病92例的临床资料,按照发作性睡病相关著作的描述,对其临床表现特征进行分析。结果我院所观察的发作性睡眠患者的性别比例与国外的研究基本一致,发病年龄较国外偏小,四联症的发生几率与国外报道相似。结论发作性睡病常见的腿软,情绪变化,夜间睡眠紊乱等,可能与REM睡眠增多,神经-内分泌功能变化有关。

Objective Get data by observing the clinical manifestation of 92 narcolepsy patients who visited our clinic from 2012.1 to 2013.8 ,in order to guide treatment. Methods Collect statistics from clinical data of 92 narcolepsy patients who visited our clinic from 2012.1 to 2013.8, and compare with the data reported previously, discuss the clinical manifestation of narcolepsy. Results The sex ratio and probabilities of the four major symptom in the 92 patients are similar to the previous reports, and the age distribution is younger. Conclusion There some common symptoms in narcolepsy patients, such as sleep disorder at night, emotional disorder, weak limbs, are considered to relate with pathogenesis of narcolepsy.
