高职院校保安队伍的管理现状与策略研究

The Research about Current Management and Strategies of the Security Team in Higher Vocational Colleges

随着高职教育招生规模的不断扩大,校园安全管理难度也明显增大。加强校园保安队伍建设的研究,对促进校园的安全稳定具有重大意义。本文对江苏省多个高职院目前的保安队伍的状况进行调查分析,针对当前存在的问题提出相应的对策,以期增强高职院校园安全保卫工作的实效性、高效性。

Along with the expansion of recruitment scale of higher vocational education, difficulties of safe- ty management on campus is gradually increasing. To strengthen the study on construction of campus se- curity team is of great significance in promoting the safety and stability of the campus. Investigation and analysis of this paper in the view of the current situation of a plurality of higher vocational colleges in Jiangsu Province, aims at the current view to enhance the effectiveness problems and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures, with a and efficiency of safety and security work at the campus.
