西藏拉萨地区2248例乙型肝炎病毒血清学标志分析

Analysis of serological markers on 2248 HBV infection cases in Lhasa District

目的 :探讨西藏拉萨地区乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)血清免疫学标记的组合模式。方法 共 2 2 4 8例HBV血清样本 ,均以免疫酶联技术 (ELISA)法检测5项指标。以聚合酶链反应 (PCR)检测HBV DNA。为表述方便 ,设定血清免疫学标记检测项目第 1— 5项的排列顺序为 ( 1)乙肝表面抗原 (HBsAg) ,( 2 )乙肝表面抗体 (抗 -HBs) ,( 3)乙肝e抗原 (HBeAg) ,( 4 )乙肝e抗体 (抗 -HBe) ,( 5)乙肝核心抗体 (抗 -HBc) ,并以出现阳性项目的序号为该模式代码。结果 本组血清HBV免疫学标记的组合模式共 19种 ,并可分为感染期模式组和恢复期模式组。感染期模式组以“145”、“135”和“15”模式为主 ,占全部样本的 4 1 5%。恢复期模式组以“2”和“2 4 5”模式为主 ,占全部样本的 4 0 2 %。结论 本组HBV血清免疫学标记的模式较为复杂。推测HBV血清免疫学标志组合模式转换表现为e系统 ,s系统的转换 ,以及抗 -HBe ,抗 -HBc和抗 -HBs的消失等。

Objective:To analyze the results of 2248 HBV infection cases so as to know the combination mode of serologital markers of HBV infection in Lhasa,Tibet.Methods All samples were obtained to test for HBsAg,anti-HBs,HBeAg,anti-HBe and anti-HBc by using ELISA.Investigation of the HBV DNA,Polymerase Chain Reaction was also performed on 214 samples.For convenience,we set the numbers 1,2,3,4 and 5 to represent HBsAg,anti-HBs,HbeAg,anti-Hbe and anti-HBc respectively. Results:In total,2248 HBV isolates were analysed.We found that there were at least 19 different models,which can be divided into two groups:infection model group(IMG)and recovery model group(RMG).The model“145”,“135” and “15” were predominant in IMG,the models “2” and “245” were predominant in RMG. Conclusions:The patients with HBV infection have complex manifestations in their serological markers of HBV infection in Lhasa.
