注册入学制度下民办高职院校分层教学模式探究

Research on the Stratify Teaching Model In Privately-running Higher Vocational Institutions of Registration Enrollment

注册入学制度和高考生源逐年下滑降低了民办高职院校的入学门槛,导致了录取学生质量参差不齐、学习基础两极分化严重,产生课堂教学质量危机,部分学生"吃不饱",部分学生"吃不了"。解决这个问题的方法之一就是采取分层教学模式,本文分析了分层教学的必要性,并探究了具体的分层教学实施方案。

Many privately-run higher vocational institutions dropped its standards because of registration enrollment and students shrinking, so there is polarization in students, teaching quality can not be guaranteed, some students think it is very easy, but others may think it is too hard. One way of solving this problem is to adopt stratify teaching model. This paper analyzes the need of adopting stratify teaching model, and gives implement measures.
