基于ANP-Fuzzy的MPL培训中威胁与差错管理能力评价

Evaluation of Threat and Error Management Capability in MPL Training Based on ANP-Fuzzy

为定量考核飞行训练机构多人制机组驾驶员执照(MPL)训练效果,本文从教学环节入手,构建了MPL培训中威胁与差错管理能力的评价指标体系,并采用网络层次分析与模糊综合评价相结合的方法(ANP-Fuzzy方法)对飞行训练机构C的威胁与差错管理能力进行了评价,评价结果符合C机构实际。最后,就提升C机构MPL训练效果提出了相应建议。

For the purpose of checking the training effect of multi-crew pilot license （MPL） in flight training agency quantitatively,this paper starts from the teaching link of flight training and establishes an index system to evaluate the capability of threat and error management which goes through MPL training from beginning to end. The paper applies the method of analytic network process combined with fuzzy compre- hensive evaluation to evaluating the threat and error management capability of flight training agency C. The evaluation result is in line with the actual condition of flight training agency C. Finally,the paper proposes some related promotion countermeasures to enhance the MPL training effect of agency C.
