摘要 信息技术的迅猛发展极大地推动了企业安全管理的变革,云计算作为当前信息技术领域最为热门的技术以其超强的计算能力、高可靠性、高安全性、高可扩展性和良好的经济性等优势在企业安全管理中具有广阔的发展前景。本文在对云计算定义和特点进行阐述以及企业安全管理现状及发展趋势进行分析的基础上,具体针对海洋石油工程作业过程中的员工不得不面对操作平台的限制、运输工具的无可挑选性、设备的复杂性等作业条件的特点,并且存在各作业公司安全管理过程中处理信息量大、信息种类多的问题,提出了云计算在中国海洋石油公司安全管理的应用解决方案。 The rapid development of information technology has greatly promoted the transformation of enterprise safety management. Cloud computing, as the most popular technology in modern information sci- ence with its superior computing power, high reliability, high safety, high scalability and economization, has broad prospects in the development of enterprise safety management. This paper begins with the definition and characteristics of cloud computing, as well as the status and development trend of enterprise safety management. To deal with the various limitations for the staff in the operating process of offshore oil engineering, such as the limits of platform,no alternative means of transport and the complexity of equipment, and to tackle the problems of processing large amounts of information and large varieties of information in the safety management, this paper proposes the application of cloud computing to the safety management for CNOOC.
