2006--2010年江门市医院住院病人脑卒中发病状况分析

Analysis on Cases of Stroke Inpatients,Jiangmen City,2006-2010

目的分析江门市脑卒中的发病、死亡状况,探索其流行规律。方法对江门市医院2006～2010年12 631例脑卒中住院病人病例资料进行分析。结果江门市医院2006～2010年有12 631例脑卒中住院病人,51岁以上年龄组构成比为83.87%,男性多于女性,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;经济收入较低者发病率较高;缺血性脑卒中占75.33%,出血性脑卒中占20.06%。出血性脑卒中死亡率较高。脑卒中发病率和危险因素密切相关。结论脑卒中发病率呈逐年上升趋势,需做好一、二级预防。

Objective To understand the incidences,death rates,so as to explore the epidemiological trends of stroke in Jiangmen city. Methods Analysis was made on 12 631 eases of stroke inpatients in Jiangmen＇s hospitals during 2006- 2010. Results The incident rate of the group of 51 years of age or older was 83.87%, males had higher incident rate than females,and the difference was not statistically significant （ P 〉0.05） ;the incident rate was higher in the group of lower income individuals;75.33% were ischemic stroke cases while 20.06% were hemorrhagic stroke cases, and the death rate was higher in the latter. Stroke incidence was highly correlated with risk factors. Conclusion Stroke incidence in- creases year by year and the primary and secondary degree prevention are needed.
