摘要
以石蜡为主要原料,加入一定量的微晶蜡,采用纯氧气进行催化氧化改性,考察了反应温度、反应时间、氧气流速、催化剂用量、助剂用量等因素对氧化蜡性质的影响。结果表明,氧化蜡的结构中出现羰基官能团;在以质量分数为0.52%的硫酸锰为催化剂,质量分数为12%的硬脂酸为助剂,氧气流速为75~85 mL/ min,150℃条件下4 h,可以得到色泽浅、气味轻、酸值为23.44 mg KOH/ g,皂化值为49.13 mg KOH/ g 的优质氧化蜡。
Paraffin wax as the main raw material,added with a certain amount of microcrystalline wax,is oxidized and modified with pure oxygen. The effect of reaction temperature,reaction time,oxygen flow rate,and the amount of catalyst and assistant on the properties of oxidized are studied. The results show that carbonyl group appears in the structure of oxidized wax. The high quality of oxidized wax with light color,less smell,high acid value of 23. 44 mg KOH/ g and high saponification value of 49. 13 mg KOH/ g can be obtained with 0. 52% manganese sulfate as catalyst and 12% stearic acid as auxiliary in the con-dition of oxygen flow rate of 75 ~ 85 mL/ min and 150 ℃ for 4 h.
