摘要
剪切销过载开关设计的常规方法是通过剪切销的剪切强度来估算,由于计算模型中参数少,计算结果并不准确。针对此问题,提出应用有限元方法进行剪切销过载开关的设计。该方法采用有限元软件ANSYS/LS-DYNA计算和分析在出炮口和碰靶条件下质量块剪切漆包圆铜线的情况,计算中使用INVENTOR创建模型,划分网格时应确保弹体和引信壳体连接面网格一一对应,在前处理时通过K文件来编辑、修改、添加或删除某些约束、材料模型参数和计算参数。外场试验表明发射安全、作用可靠,具有一定的实用价值。
Conventional design method for overload switch of shear pin is by estimating the shear strength of shear pin,but the computing results are not accurate because of limited computational model parameter.To solve this problem,overload switch of shear pin based on finite element method was brought forward in this pa-per.Finite element software ANSYS/LS-DYNA was used to compute and analyze mass shearing the enameled copper wire under the condition of muzzle-leaving and impacting target of proj ectile.Simulation model was set up by NVENTOR,and it must be ensured that the gridding on the interface of proj ectile body and fuze house was homologous.K document was employed to edit,revise,add and delete some constrains,material model parame-ters and calculation parameters in pre-processing.Field test showed that the design had a certain practical value, it was safety and reliable.
