Hand Degloving Injuries Repaired by Transplanting Wrap-around Flap and Two"凸”Shaped Flaps

目的 :探讨全手皮肤脱套伤的修复方法。方法 :采用甲瓣修复拇指创面 ,去除中、小指 ,双“凸”状皮瓣分别修复示指、桡掌背侧及环指、尺掌背侧皮肤缺损。结果 :临床治疗 6例 ,取得了移植组织全部成活 ,手部恢复拿捏及对掌功能。结论 :甲瓣加双“凸”

Objective: To explore the methods of repairing whole hand degloving injuries.Methods:Repair the wounded surface of thumb with wrap-around flap,remove middle and little fingers.Repair the skin defects of index finger and palmar and dorsal surface of radial part with one“凸”shaped flap.Repair the skin defects of ring finger and palmar and dorsal surface of ulnar part with another“凸”shaped flap.Results:All the transplanted tissue in 6 cases have survived.The functions of hold and opposition of hand have resumed.Conclusion:It's an effective method to repair hand degloving injuries by transplanting wrap-around flap and two“凸”shaped flaps.
