鸡血浆中替米考星和磺胺二甲嘧啶高效液相色谱检测方法研究

摘要 目的:改进动物血浆中替米考星(TMS)和磺胺二甲嘧啶(SM2)含量的检测方法。方法:参考了大环内脂类同步检测有关资料,改变固相萃取柱,改进净化方法,建立鸡血浆中同步检测替米考星和磺胺二甲嘧啶含量的 HPLC检测方法。结果:鸡血浆在0.05、0.5、5 mg/mL添加范围内,T M S平均回收率在99%~109%之间,日内精密度为2.7%~5.7%(n=5),日间精密度为1.1%~8.1%(n=5);S M 2平均回收率在84%~98%之间,日内精密度为2.1%~7.2%(n=5),日间精密度为1.1%~6.2%(n=5),且空白血浆中内源性物质不干扰SM2和 TMS的测定,其保留时间分别为9.79 min、11.31 min(反式)、13.30 min(顺式)。结论:本研究改进方法切实可行,净化效果及回收率均有显著提高。
