摘要
以2,3,5,6-四氯对苯二甲腈为原料,经氟化、水解、酰化、还原、脱羟基五步反应,合成2,3,5,6-四氟-4-甲基苯甲醇,反应总收率54%,产物纯度99%以上。着重对中间体2,3,5,6-四氟对苯二甲醇经催化氢化选择性脱羟基合成2,3,5,6-四氟-4-甲基苯甲醇的工艺条件进行研究,得出优化的工艺条件。合成工艺具有反应步骤短,反应总收率高,污染排放少等优点,适合工业化生产。
4-Methyl-2,3,5,6-tetrafluorobenzyl alcohol was synthesized from 2,3,5,6-tetrachloroterephthalonitrile through fluorination,hydrolization,acylation,reduction and dehydroxylation reactions.The total yield was 54%and the purity of the product was over 99%.The optimum condilions of the dehydroxylated 2,3,5,6-tetrafluoro-1,4-benzenedimethanol to form 4-methyl-2,3,5,6-tetrafluorobenzyl alcohol by catalytic hydrogenation were abtained.This technology has short synthesis route,high synthesis yield and low pollution.It is suitable for industrialization.
