摘要
开发了PMT批量测试平台的软件系统,主要包括:基于VME总线的数据获取系统,测试平台中硬件设备的远程监控系统。其中数据获取是Linux操作平台下基于VME总线的控制与数据采集系统,对一系列电子学插件完成控制、数据获取与存储的过程;硬件设备主要包括CAEN系列高压电源、多通道信号发生器与步进电机,其远程监控使用RS232串口总线通讯技术、TCP/IP网络通讯技术等技术手段来实现。系统采用模块化设计,根据不同测试项目的具体需求将数据获取与设备远程监控模块灵活调用,可实现光电倍增管多种性能的自动化测试。
The software system for the PMT test bench has been developed , which consists of two parts:the data acquisition system ( DAQ) that based on VME bus and the remote control and monitor system of the equipments that used in the PMT tests .The DAQ system was developed under Linux environment , which allows the control of the VME operation , data acquisition and data storage .The hardware equipments used in the PMT test bench include the CAEN SY1527 power supply system , multi-channel Pulse/Delay generator and the stepper mo-tors.To attain the communications with the programmable devices , some useful communication technologies were applied ,such as RS232 Serial Communication Technique and TCP/IP network communication technique , etc.Ultimately, the software system for the test bench was developed , which composed of the DAQ system and the automated system .The software system has been put into use to perform the PMT tests for few experiments .
