摘要
为探索不同海拔条件下不同基因型烤烟西柏三烯二醇含量动态变化的差异,采用气质联用方法,研究了毕节地区金沙县(海拔840m)、大方县(海拔1 430m)、威宁县(海拔2 100m)3个不同海拔区内,云烟87、云烟97、毕纳1号烤烟生长发育过程中中部叶α-西柏三烯二醇含量、β-西柏三烯二醇含量及二者比值的变化规律。结果表明:在低海拔地区烟叶生育期内西柏三烯二醇含量的动态变化比较剧烈,高海拔变化比较平缓。不同海拔条件下烤烟成熟期的西柏三烯二醇含量差异较大,云烟87和云烟97表现为高海拔地区>低海拔地区,毕纳1号无论在低海拔和高海拔地区西柏三烯二醇含量均较高。不同海拔下同一基因型烤烟α-西柏三烯二醇和β-西柏三烯二醇比值存在差异,二者比值表现为金沙县>大方县>威宁县,说明在低海拔处更易积累α-西柏三烯二醇。
In order to study the dynamic change of duvatrienediol content in different genotypes of fluecured tobacco at different altitudes,GC-MS was used to study the contents of α-DVT,β-DVT and the value of α-/β-DVT in middle leaves of Yunyan 87,Yunyan 97 and Bina 1 during the growth period of flued-cured tobacco at different altitudes of 840,1 430 and 2 100 m respectively in Jinsha,Dafang and Weinning county.The results indicated that the dynamic change of duvatrienediol content was drastic at low altitude,but was gentle at high altitude.There was significant difference in the ripening time of fluecured tobacco under different altitudes.The duvatrienediol content was higher at high altitude than that at low altitude in Yunyan 87 and Yunyan 97,whereas it was high both at high and low altitude in Bina 1.The value of α-/β-DVT for the same genotype of flue-cured tobacco was different under different altitudes,among which Jinsha〉Dafang〉Weining county.It suggested that low altitude was benefical for the accumulation of α-DVT.
