不同物种Mchr1基因编码区生物信息学分析

摘要 采用比较基因组学和生物信息学的方法分析了人、黑猩猩、玻利维亚灰鼠猴、猕猴、蒙眼貂、裸鼢鼠、佛罗里达海牛、小家鼠、小马岛猬共9个物种的黑色素浓集激素受体1(Mchr1)基因编码区(CDS)的遗传多样性,并对其氨基酸序列、蛋白结构等进行预测.结果表明,来自9个物种的44个Mchr1基因序列中共检测到多态位点200个,其中单一多态位点81个,单倍型14种,Mchr1基因CDS在种内表现较为保守,种间则表现出较丰富的遗传多样性.Mchr1蛋白为疏水性蛋白,理论等电点均大于7,肽链的不稳定系数介于36.26~44.21,均较稳定.Mchr1蛋白位于细胞质中. The genetic diversity of the CDS of Mchr1 gene from nine species,including Homo sapiens,Pan troglodytes,Saimiri boliviensis,Macaca mulatta,Mustea putorius,Heterocephalus glaber,Trichechus mannlus,Mus musculus and Echinops were analyzed using the method of comparative genomics and bioinformatics.The characteristics of composition of nucleic acid sequences and amino acid sequences were also analyzed.The results showed that a total of 200 polymorphic sites,including 81 single polymorphic sites,which could be sorted into 14 haplotypes detected from 44 sequences of 9 species.CDS was conservative within species,and diverse among species.The amino acid sequences of Mchrl presented hydrophobic,theoretical PI was more than 7 mostly.The nature of polypeptide was alkaline and the instability index of polypeptide was between 36.26 and 44.21,the result indicated the polypeptide was stable.Mchrl protein located in the cytoplasm.
