饲料企业质量安全管理中存在的问题及对策

Problems and Countermeasures of Quality Safety Management in Feed Enterprises

为保证饲料产品的质量安全,促进现代畜牧业健康可持续发展,针对目前饲料原料中重金属及有害物质超标、生产加工过程中药物用量超标及交叉污染等问题,提出以预防为主、严格把控原料采购、严格检测、科学合理贮存、提高从业人员素质、建设监管体系、强化科研开发、进行信息化建设等措施,以全面提高饲料企业质量安全管理水平。

In order to ensure the quality and safety of feed products,promote the sustainable and healthy development of animal husbandry,according to problems of heavy metals and harmful substance over standard in feed ingredient,drug dose over standard and cross contamination during processing etc.,feed enterprises should give priority to prevention and improve comprehensively the quality safety level of enterprises by strict control of raw material purchase,strict inspection,scientific and reasonable storage,improving the quality of employees,the construction of supervision system,strengthening research and development,the construction of information constructior.
