摘要
为了提高链霉菌菌株C1的ε-聚赖氨酸产量,以ε-聚赖氨酸产量为指标,在正交试验基础上,采用响应面法对ε-聚赖氨酸发酵培养基进行优化。结果表明,ε-聚赖氨酸发酵培养基的最佳配方为:葡萄糖23.0g/L、牛肉膏4g/L、蛋白胨8g/L、柠檬酸氢二铵1.84g/L、pH值4.0。在此条件下ε-聚赖氨酸产量为0.86g/L,与模型预期产量0.80g/L接近,达到预期效果,模型可用。
To increase the production of ε-polylysine from Streptomyces C1,response surface method was applied to optimize the fermentation medium on the basis of orthogonal test.The results showed that the optimum fermentation medium was glucose of 23.0 g/L,beef extract of 4 g/L,peptone of 3 g/L,C6H14N2O7 of 1.84 g/L,pH value of 4.0.Under the above condition,the yield of ε-polylysine reached 0.86 g/L,which was closed to the level(0.80 g/L) predicted by model.
