动物性食品中铅、镉含量指标的调查研究

摘要 对市售11种动物性食品的铅、镉含量进行抽样分析。应用原子吸收石墨炉法对几种不同食品铅和镉含量进行检测。结果显示,所测抽检的食品中铅和镉的含量均未超出国家最低限量标准。食品的生产厂家越来越重视食品质量安全的控制,使食品中铅、镉等重金属含量得到了有效控制。 In order to study the different quality of market food about lead and cadmium content , 11 animal source food were investigated .Graphite furnace atomic absorption was adopted on a number of different lead and cadmium content of food for testing .The results showed that sam-pling of food measured in lead and cadmium limits were not exceeded national minimum stand-ards .Food manufacturer paid increasing attention on food quality and safety ,so that the food of lead ,cadmium and other heavy metal content has been effectively controlled .
