摘要
石门揭煤容易发生突出事故,其主要原因是岩层的透气性远远低于煤层的透气性,在煤层外部形成了一个"保护盖",导致煤层中保存了大量的高压瓦斯气体,另外石门揭煤作业瞬间大面积的暴漏煤体,导致应力失衡而引发突出。基于上述原因,提出穿层钻孔预抽煤层瓦斯和导硐揭煤法相结合的快速石门揭煤技术,并成功应用于大众矿13031下底板抽放辅助巷揭煤作业,揭煤周期较以前提高了近60 d,有效的缓解了工作面接替紧张的局面。
Rock cross-cut coal was esay to cause coal and gas outburst accident,the first reason was that the permeability of the rock was greatly less than the permeability of the coal seam.The second reason was that the rock on outside of the coal seam formed a "cap",lead to save a large amount of high pressure gas in coal seam.The second reason was that rock cross-cut coal exposed a large area of coal seam in a very short time.Based on the above reasons,we proposed quick rock cross-cut coal uncovering technology.The technology was applied to the uncovering coal site of gas drainage tunnel in coal floor of 13031 working face of Dazong coal mine successfully,and the actual time of uncovering coal was earlier than scheduled time for 2 months.It could effectively reduce the pressure of working face to replace.
